Introduction: Differentiation between constitutional delay of growth and puberty (CDGP) and congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH) during early adolescence is challenging, as patients exhibit a similar clinical picture and there are no definite clinical or biochemical markers that distinguish these 2 pathologies.
